"Virtual" Construction Project Management

"Virtual" Project Managers are assigned to a construction project during the design phase or once the client has permitted plans. This is done by going through a bidding process with our many quality driven subcontractors. Our subcontractors are selected by using one of three common selection methods: low-bid selection, best-value selection, or qualifications/knowledge-based selection.

Our "Virtual" Project Managers managers have the ability to handle public safety, time management, cost management, quality management, decision making, mathematics, working drawings, owner/architect/contractor relationship management, and human resources.
