We set up audio/video 2-way cameras in the job trailer and throughout the job site to communicate with our all our subcontractors and vendors in real-time. All of our subcontractors are contractually obligated to use our (cloud based) online construction management phone app which allows us to track their location and verify their progress as well as address any questions/issues in real-time. In other words, our "Virtual" Project Managers (or VPM's) can be anywhere on any job site at ANY time!!
From excavation of a new property, installing utilities & concrete foundations to the project's "Final Clean & obtaining your Certificate of Occupancy, we'll guide you every step of the way with our architectural advice and expert "Virtual" construction project management services.

Prepare Building Sites for Foundations and the Construction Process
Whether you’re a large commercial construction contractor or a homeowner looking to begin work on an extension or conservatory, we offer complete construction management services to prepare your property or site for the building work that will ensue focusing on quality, budget, scheduling and safety.
We prepare the ground for foundations and work with the blueprint in mind to ensure water and electrical systems are ready to be fitted as soon as we’re finished with the excavation process. Then we coordinate all trades and vendors to complete their scopes of work. During this, we provide a Schedule of Values which includes a GMP or "Greatest Maximum Pricing, a very detailed schedule, a safety plan tailored to your project, a quality assurance check list, and hold 1-3 week OAC "Owner/Architect/Contractor" meetings in person or via video conferencing.
